We’re so happy to welcome you to our home. Our love for the outdoors, travel, and creating special memories with our family led us to find these two unique homes—on the coast and in the mountains—where we can truly unwind. We hope you feel the same magic when you stay here.

Over the years, we’ve taken many long walks on beaches and through forests, dreaming up new adventures. We’ve been blessed with two imaginative and active daughters who love exploring tidepools, climbing rocks, and discovering all the little wonders nature has to offer. Our Bernese Mountain Dog, Jolie, is always living her best life—rolling in the sand at the beach or bounding through the trees and snow in the mountains.

Jenn’s background in real estate and finance has helped bring our vision for these homes to life, ensuring they’re thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort; luxurious, without being fussy. Kevin’s work in tech consulting means a lot of time in airports and office buildings, making these retreats all the more special—places where the weight of daily life disappears with the sound of ocean waves or the whisper of wind through the pines.

Jenn & Kevin
Meet Jolie
Jolie is our Bernese Mountain Dog, and the official greeter, trail guide, and beach patrol officer of Coast and Pine Vacations. Whether she's rolling in the sand at the beach house or bounding through the snow at the mountain cabin, she hopes every guest frolics as much as she does during their stay.

She knows a thing or two about relaxation—nothing beats a nap by the fire after a long day of adventuring! Be sure to get outside, explore all the area has to offer then when you get home, you can unwind, relax, and soak in all the good vibes.

Our daughters have grown up making magical memories at the beach and the mountains, embracing the best of California living. At the coast, they spend endless hours walking along the shoreline, collecting seashells, and building sandcastles. They race the waves, search for starfish in the tidepools, and end their days wrapped in cozy blankets, watching the sunset paint the sky.

In the mountains, adventure takes a different form—skiing down snowy slopes, exploring hidden trails, and paddling across peaceful lakes in the summertime. Whether it’s a crisp morning spent chasing the first snowflakes or a warm afternoon skipping rocks on the water, every moment here is filled with wonder.
